My Firewall is blocking your service.

On our website, video streaming uses RTMP (port 1935). If you are able, open this port and you should be able to view the content. Our iPhone/iPad application uses standard HTTP port 80, so you may wish to try our mobile site at for these devices.

If reconfiguring your firewall is not an option, there are ways to tunnel the streaming data over the standard HTTP port 80 (RTMPT). We are currently looking into this as a solution for customers who face firewall issues.
